Global” s a system the components of which facilitate rapid and low-cost installation of traffic light systems by simple combination. Modern design, adequate structure, robust construction, ease of installation and maintenance as well as high cost-effectiveness speak for Global.

LED Technology

The future of signaling technology are sophisticated LED optics. Modern LED technology contributes to more safety and efficiency in road traffic. The following features represent reasons for the use of
“Global” LED insertion modules:

  • High profitability due to 50% less engergy consumption compared to conventional signal lamps
  • A much longer service life than filament lamps (service life > 8 years), therefore a significant increase in availability and reduction in maintenance costs
  • Very good visibility (also from the side and when sun is setting) through constant luminance and high light intensity
  • Optimal phantom light reduction through the use of spectral light in conjunction with a colored spread lens optimized for phantom light problems as well as through the waiving of reflectors
  • Disabling-signal surveillance according to DIN VDE 0832 ensured by means of integrated electronics surveillance (also available for amber)

The Global series LED insertion modules are complete and ready for installation. They replace transformer, wiring, reflector, lamp holder, light source, spread lens and symbol mask of conventional optics. Therefore, quick and easy adaptation of existing Global”systems is possible.
Global LED insertion modules are avaiable in the operating voltages 230 V or alternatively 40 V-OCIT.
